Technical Service & Support like no other

Our “Authorised Service Centre” status means we are certified by Apple and can provide warranty repairs on all Apple equipment less than a year old no matter where it was purchased, as well as all equipment covered under Apple’s AppleCare Protection Plan.

If your machine is outside of its warranty, then we also have a chargeable repair service. For equipment where the fault is unknown and it is out of warranty, we can perform a diagnosis of the fault and then contact you with costs and completion dates.

Our engineers are Apple certified, so your Mac is in good hands.

If you have a machine currently booked in with us and still have access to the web, you can check the status online by entering the username and password issued to you on your Job Sheet in the box on the right of this screen.

If you don’t have access to the web don’t worry, you can give us a call on 01225 460678 and we will be happy to help.  Although we do our very best to answer all calls straight away, we can experience busy periods.  Leave a message and we shall call you back as soon as possible.
