On Site Training

Having the very latest technology usually means a learning process for your staff. Training can be costly. Staff travel costs alone can be a big part of the overall costs. Our training comes to you, in your enviroment and with your own machines. This allows your staff to apply their new found skills directly to their own projects.

Rentals

Your business needs can change quickly and sometimes your needs may only be temporary as a result. With our rentals service, you can have the equipment you require without the unnecessary investment. Whether it’s a trade show or seasonal staff, we can provide laptops or desktops to suit. Available as a long term option.

Software Upgrades

When new software is released or updated, we have the latest versions to hand for when you need it. What’s more, we can install and upgrade software on your machines for you upon request at a time that suits.

Hardware Upgrades

Your computers may be running slowly after a few years and may just require a helping hand to keep them efficient. We can upgrade your existing machine to cope with new advancements. This process takes place in our Apple Approved Service Centre.

Horizon

At Farpoint we have created our own warranty service for your Mac. You can extend your hardware warranty to three years with us from the date you purchased your Mac.

FastTrack

FastTrack is an improvment service available to you through Horizon. It speeds up your waiting time for repairs by allowing you to effectively “jump the queue”. You recieve preferential service from our Apple Approved Service Centre which can save you time and therefore money.

Our showroom on Walcot Street has all the latest Apple equipment and software on display, where our friendly and professional are there to ensure an exceptional buying experience. Whether it’s upgrades to your personal Mac, the latest software or laptop bags, we’ve got it.
