With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, Mark Hooper built up and led the business development and support services offered by Farpoint, which continues to offer tailored services for business – building, servicing, maintaining and evolving a range of IT solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Services also include network hosting, mail servers, cross-platform integration (Mac and Windows) and supply of new and used IT equipment.

Mark combines both passion and expertise to deliver a first rate service – he is extremely well respected in the business community in Bath and the surrounding area.

Repairs, Upgrades and Migrations

Airiam now conducts repairs, upgrades and migrations and is run by Apple Certified Mac and iOS Technician Nicholas Warren, previously Farpoint's Senior Technician. He has been repairing Apple products for over nine years and brings his considerable experience to bear in facilitating both software and hardware repairs and upgrades to Apple devices. Nicholas has a reputation for being thorough, considerate and approachable, aiding him in completing work expediently and to a high standard.

Warranty Repairs

For all warranty based repairs you will need to contact Apple directly or visit an Apple Authorised Repair Centre. The standard warranty period for Apple products is one year from the date of purchase, details of which are listed on Apple's website.


Paul brings his 12 years of experience as Farpoint’s Training Manager to the collective. His One To One and Group sessions help translate ‘Tech Speak’ into plain English and his valued knowledge of basic and advanced issues on all Apple hardware allows him to support a wide range of customers. His calm and friendly manor engenders satisfied and long standing clients.

Callout fee to the Bath area is £60 for the first hour with additional hours priced at £45.

Training is also provided at his home premises located in Steeple Ashton for £45 an hour.
